FAQ

What is the difference between an original pressing and a reissue?
An original pressing dates from the time an album was first released. A reissue is a later re-release, often remastered and sometimes with a different cover or label. The country and year of each pressing are listed in the description of every record.

How do you grade the condition?
Every used record is checked by hand and graded to the Goldmine standard, with vinyl (media) and sleeve (cover) graded separately. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page. New records are factory sealed.

Are the images photos of the actual record?
Yes. We scan every record ourselves – used and new. For used records you get exactly the copy shown.

Do you buy records?
Yes – from single rarities to entire collections. You will get a fair, non-binding offer. Find out more on our record buying page.
