16 Horsepower - Sackcloth 'N' Ashes (Vinyl LP | EU Reissue | 2012)

16 Horsepower – Sackcloth 'N' Ashes is the Denver band's debut, first released in 1996. Dark Southern Gothic atmosphere, biblical imagery and David Eugene Edwards' haunting voice define songs like "I Seen What I Saw", "Black Soul Choir" and "Haw". A cornerstone of dark Americana and alternative country, with a guest spot by Gordon Gano on fiddle.

On offer is the 2012 EU reissue on Music On Vinyl (MOVLP533) on 180g vinyl with insert.
