Alfie - Alfie's Ball (Vinyl LP | DE Original | 1980)

Alfie – Alfie's Ball came out in 1980 on Polydor and is a charming, rather obscure synth-pop album with ambient touches. The album revolves around tennis, with tracks like "Hommage A Björn Borg", "Everybody's Playing Tennis" and "I'm A Winner". Written by Joachim Heider and Gary Gordon, a nice find for fans of early European electro-pop curiosities.

On offer is the 1980 German original pressing on Polydor (2417 128) with original inner sleeve.
