FAQ
Is this an original pressing?
Yes – it is the German first release on United Artists from 1972. German originals carry the matrix "UAS 29327 A-1" / "B-1" stamped "Made in Germany". More on spotting originals in our Krautrock guide.
Why is "Shimmering Sand" titled differently on the label?
The back cover lists "Shimmering Sand", while the label reads "Ballad Of The Shimmering Sand" – a known quirk of this pressing.
What does media NM- to VG+ / sleeve VG+ mean?
The record shows only light signs of use, the sleeve is VG+. There is a sticker on the side 1 label. More in our Vinyl Grading guide.
