Anthem – No Smoke Without Fire is the sixth studio album by Tokyo heavy metal band Anthem, released in 1990. It came out in Japan on King Records and in the UK and Europe under licence on Music For Nations (MFN 101). It was produced by the band with Tony Taverner, without long-time producer Chris Tsangarides. It is also the last album with guitarist Hiroya Fukuda, who left afterwards. This copy is the 1990 UK edition on Music For Nations with the printed original inner sleeve.

Is this the original pressing?
The album was first released in Japan in 1990 on King Records. This record is the British licensed edition on Music For Nations from the same year, which also made Anthem available in Europe. It was pressed by MPO in France.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- stands for Near Mint minus, close to new with at most minimal signs of wear, which is the grade of the record. VG+ stands for Very Good Plus, light signs of wear, which is the grade of the sleeve. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.
