Description

Bee Gees - Songs Of Cucumber Castle

Label: Polydor (92 492)
Format: Vinyl LP, Album
Pressing: DE Original
Country: Germany
Released: 1970
Genre: Pop, Vocal

Released in 1970 as the soundtrack to the Bee Gees' own TV film Cucumber Castle, this album was recorded by Barry and Maurice Gibb during Robin's temporary departure from the group. A warm, melodic collection of orchestral pop and vocal ballads, it is a charming and often overlooked entry in the Bee Gees' catalog. This German original pressing on Polydor is a solid collector's copy.
