Description

Bo Diddley – The London Bo Diddley Sessions was released in 1973 as part of Chess's “The London Sessions” series. Here the inventor of the Bo Diddley beat meets British musicians – among them Roy Wood on bass. Besides a new recording of “Bo Diddley” there are funky pieces such as “Do The Robot” and “Husband-In-Law” – rhythm & blues with a 70s groove.

On offer is the German original pressing from 1973 on Bellaphon / Chess (BLPS 19158) in a gatefold sleeve.
