Boards Of Canada – In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country (Vinyl 12″ EP | UK | 2000)

Boards Of Canada – In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country is an EP by the Scottish duo Michael Sandison and Marcus Eoin, released on 27 November 2000 on Warp Records and the band's own label music70. The four tracks were made at their own Hexagon Sun studio and bridge the gap between "Music Has The Right To Children" (1998) and "Geogaddi" (2002). Beneath the warm, nostalgic sound lies a dark undertone: "Amo Bishop Roden" is named after a person from the circle of the Branch Davidian sect. This copy is the UK first edition on sky blue vinyl at 45 RPM, pressed by Orlake.
