Masques (1978) is Brand X's third studio album, released on Charisma. Recorded without Phil Collins, the album sees the band exploring a darker, more experimental edge while retaining their hallmark jazz-rock sophistication and rhythmic complexity. A rewarding and underappreciated entry in the Brand X catalogue, essential for dedicated collectors of British jazz-fusion and progressive music.
