Brian Eno - Ambient 1 (Music For Airports) (Vinyl LP | UK Original | 1979)

Brian Eno – Ambient 1 (Music For Airports) was released in February 1979 as the first album in Eno's Ambient series and gave ambient music its name. Eno came up with the idea after a tedious wait at Cologne Bonn Airport: music that suits a place without demanding attention. The four pieces were built from layered tape loops. This copy is the UK original pressing on E.G. (AMB 001) with the original inner sleeve.
