Can - Flow Motion (Vinyl LP | DE Original | 1976)

Can – Flow Motion was released on Harvest in 1976 and shows the Cologne band at its most accessible: funk, disco and reggae influences meet the hypnotic groove Can are known for. The album contains the hit single "I Want More" and was mixed using artificial head (Kunstkopf) stereophony. On offer is the German original pressing from 1976 on Harvest / EMI Electrola (1C 062-31 837).

FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes – this is the German first edition from 1976 with catalogue number 1C 062-31 837. A later German repress from 1977 carries the number 1C 064-31 837 – an easy way to recognise the original.

What is artificial head stereophony?
A recording and mixing technique using a dummy-head microphone that creates a particularly spatial sound – "Flow Motion" was mixed this way at Delta Acoustic Studio.

What does Media NM- / Sleeve VG+ mean?
The record is near mint (NM-), the sleeve shows light signs of use (Very Good Plus). See our Vinyl Grading page for details.
