Celtic Frost - Into The Pandemonium (Gold Vinyl 2LP | UK & EU Reissue | 2023)

Celtic Frost – Into The Pandemonium is the third studio album by Swiss band Celtic Frost, recorded from January to April 1987 at Horus Sound Studio in Hanover, self-produced and released on June 1, 1987 on Noise Records. Thrash and doom meet strings, French horn, gothic touches and the Wall Of Voodoo cover Mexican Radio; the sleeve shows a detail from Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden Of Earthly Delights. Divisive at first, it became Celtic Frost’s most successful album and influenced gothic and symphonic metal bands such as Paradise Lost and Therion. This copy is the 2023 UK & EU reissue remastered by Tom Gabriel Warrior and V. Santura, on 150g gold vinyl in a gatefold sleeve, new and factory sealed.

FAQ

What does “New & factory sealed” mean?
The record is unplayed and still in the manufacturer’s original shrink wrap, so it carries no Goldmine grade.

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original was released in 1987 on Noise Records. This record is a remastered 2023 reissue on two gold LPs, pressed by GZ Media in the Czech Republic.

What is on the second LP?
Sides C and D contain bonus material from the Pandemonium sessions, including Sorrows Of The Moon, The Inevitable Factor and the Re-Entry Mix of One In Their Pride, plus In The Chapel In The Moonlight from the Collector’s Celtic Frost 12".

Do you have more metal records from the Noise catalogue?
Yes, for example Running Wild – Black Hand Inn and Running Wild – Port Royal. More titles are in our Metal collection.
