Description

Chris Isaak – Silvertone is the debut album by Californian singer and guitarist Chris Isaak, released by Warner Bros. in January 1985. It was recorded between 1982 and 1984 and produced by Erik Jacobsen; Isaak wrote all twelve songs himself. The title refers to Isaak's band at the time, Silvertone, and the cover is a nod to Elvis Presley's single "Don't". David Lynch used songs from the album in Blue Velvet (1986), which raised the profile of "Gone Ridin'". This copy is the 1985 European pressing (925 156-1), made in Germany, with inner sleeve.
