Don Nix – Living By The Days (Vinyl LP | DE Original | 1971)

Don Nix – Living By The Days was released in 1971 and comes from the Memphis multi-instrumentalist and songwriter who helped shape the Southern rock and soul scene of his time. With musicians such as Donald “Duck” Dunn, David Hood and Roger Hawkins, the album blends gritty blues rock with gospel warmth and Southern soul – heard for example on “Going Back To Iuka”, “I Saw The Light” or “The Shape I Am In”.
