FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes – this is the 1981 US edition from the CBS Mastersound series (Jet Records HZ 47371), issued as a half-speed master alongside the regular pressing.

What does half-speed mastering do?
With half-speed mastering the lacquer is cut at half speed. This is meant to reproduce treble and detail more precisely – which is why these pressings are popular with collectors.

What does media NM- / cover VG+, CO mean?
NM- means the record is almost like new. The cover is VG+ with a very minimal cut-out (CO), a mark retailers used to flag deleted stock. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.
