FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No, not the first edition. The album was first released in the US in October 1964. This is a 1966 German pressing with the original catalogue number LSP-2999.

What does Media VG+ / Cover VG mean?
Record: VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light signs of use that barely affect playback or the overall impression. Sleeve: VG (Very Good) means clear signs of use that do not spoil the overall impression. Here the sleeve has a small tear on the back. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Why is "Roustabout" notable?
It was Presley's last soundtrack to top the US album chart. After that he did not have another number-one album until "Aloha From Hawaii Via Satellite" in 1973.

Do you have more Elvis Presley records?
Yes, for example Kissin' Cousins (DE Original 1964) and Girl Happy. More titles are in our Beat & Rock & Roll collection.
