Frank Zappa - Frank Zappa Meets The Mothers Of Prevention (Vinyl LP | US Original | 1985)

Frank Zappa – Frank Zappa Meets The Mothers Of Prevention was released in 1985 on Zappa's own Barking Pumpkin label and is his sharp-tongued reply to the PMRC censorship debate in the USA. Moving between rock, avant-garde and parody, Zappa combines band recordings with Synclavier compositions. The centrepiece is the twelve-minute collage “Porn Wars”, alongside pieces like “We're Turning Again” and “What's New In Baltimore?”.

On offer is the 1985 US original pressing on Barking Pumpkin Records (ST-74203) with inner sleeve.
