The Belgian first run from 1987 came in a thick black plastic outer sleeve – and that sleeve is included with this copy. See the scans for details.

Where does the sample in “Master Hit” come from?
The sample at the start is taken from David Cronenberg's film “Videodrome” (1983).

What does Media VG+ / sleeve VG+ mean?
VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light signs of use that barely affect playback or overall appearance. More at Vinyl Grading.
