Genesis - A Trick Of The Tail (Vinyl LP | US Reissue | MFSL | 1981)

Genesis – A Trick Of The Tail is Genesis' seventh studio album, released in 1976 – the first after Peter Gabriel's departure, with Phil Collins as the new singer. With "Dance On A Volcano", "Squonk", "Entangled" and "Ripples" the band showed it could play great progressive rock without Gabriel. This copy is the audiophile 1981 Mobile Fidelity edition from the "Original Master Recording" series, half-speed mastered from the master tape.

Yes – after Peter Gabriel left in 1975, drummer Phil Collins took over vocals.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
The record is almost like new, the sleeve shows light signs of use. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.
