Ice Cube - Death Certificate (Vinyl LP | EU Reissue | 2015)

Ice Cube – Death Certificate is the second solo album by the Los Angeles rapper, released on October 29, 1991 by Priority Records. It was recorded between late 1990 and 1991 at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles and produced by Sir Jinx, Ice Cube and The Boogie Men. The album is split into a "Death Side" and a "Life Side": the first half shows where things stand, the second a vision of where they need to go. It reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and went platinum in December 1991. Its best-known tracks include the N.W.A diss "No Vaseline". FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No. The album was released in 1991 on Priority Records. This copy is a 2015 European reissue on 180 gram vinyl.

Is the record new?
The record is new and still in its original shrink wrap, i.e. unplayed. That is why there is no Goldmine grade; the grades for used records are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Are "Black Korea" and "No Vaseline" included?
Yes. Both tracks are on side B. They were left off the original 1991 UK edition over concerns about their lyrics.

Do you have more Ice Cube records?
Yes, for example Ice Cube – AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted (LP, EU reissue 2013). More titles are in our Hip Hop collection.
