FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No – it is a 1987 reissue on Polydor (823 001-1). The recordings themselves were made at the Apollo Theater in 1967.

Is this the famous 1962 Apollo album?
No. This double LP contains the 1967 recording with songs like “Cold Sweat” and “It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World” – not the 1962 concert.

What does media NM- / sleeve VG+ mean?
Media NM-: the record is near mint minus – very close to new, barely any signs of use. Sleeve VG+: very good plus – light signs of use that don’t affect playback. Full details of how we grade are on our Vinyl Grading page.
