A Passion Play (1973) is Jethro Tull's most ambitious and divisive album - an unbroken, side-long conceptual suite on each side of the record, following the journey of a soul after death through allegory, satire and Ian Anderson's characteristically rich musical imagination. Dismissed by critics on release, it has since been reappraised as one of the most daring prog concept albums of the era. This German Chrysalis reissue in a gatefold sleeve is a fine collector's copy for any serious Jethro Tull fan.

Jethro Tull's most daring concept album - continuous side-long suites
Gatefold sleeve - DE Reissue on Chrysalis
Ian Anderson at his most ambitious - essential progressive rock
