FAQ

What does cut-out mean?
Cut-outs were remaindered records in the US that distributors sold off cheaply. The sleeve was marked for this, usually with a clipped corner, a notch or a small hole. The record itself is not affected.

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the 1986 US first edition on Gold Mountain/MCA, catalogue number MCA-5727, with original inner sleeve. In Europe the album was released on Vertigo.

What does Media VG / Cover VG mean?
Both record and sleeve are graded VG. VG (Very Good) means clear signs of use; the record shows audible surface noise but plays through without skipping. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more records in this style?
Yes, more 80s hard rock and heavy metal records are in our Hard Rock and Metal collections.
