FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the 1986 European first edition on Roadrunner Records, made in the Netherlands, with printed lyric inner sleeve.

What does Media VG+ / Cover VG+ mean?
VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light signs of use that barely affect playback or overall appearance. It applies to both record and sleeve. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Is "Fatal Portrait" a concept album?
Only partly. The first four tracks and "Haunted" form a short story, the others are stand-alone songs. The band's first full concept album is "Abigail" (1987).

Do you have more King Diamond records?
Yes, for example King Diamond – No Presents For Christmas (12", 1985), King Diamond – Abigail (1987) and Mercyful Fate – The Beginning (1987). More titles are in our Metal collection.
