Lemonheads - Hate Your Friends (Vinyl LP | DE Original | 1988)

Lemonheads – Hate Your Friends came out in the US in 1987 on Taang! Records; the German edition followed in 1988 on Funhouse Records with its own front and back cover. The album shows the early, punky side of the band around Evan Dando, Ben Deily and Jesse Peretz – short, fast songs like "Hate Your Friends", "Second Chance" and "Uhhh". On offer is the German original pressing (FH 12-010) on blue translucent vinyl; the first run on blue vinyl was 500 copies.

FAQ

It is the first German edition from 1988 on Funhouse Records (FH 12-010). The first US release came out in 1987 on Taang! Records with a different cover.

How rare is the blue vinyl?
The first pressing of the German edition on blue vinyl was limited to 500 copies.

What does Media NM- to VG+ / sleeve VG+ mean?
The record sits between NM- (at most minimal signs of use) and VG+ (light signs of use). VG+ for the sleeve means light wear, here with some scuffing. More in our vinyl grading guide.
