Los Hermanos – Tres (Vinyl 12″ | US | 2003)

Los Hermanos – Tres is the third release by the Detroit project Los Hermanos on the label of the same name. Los Hermanos are Gerald Mitchell and – at this stage – DJ Rolando from the Underground Resistance circle; the label was set up together with Mike Banks with the aim of combining the funk and soul of Detroit techno with Latin rhythms. "Tres" contains four untitled tracks between tribal and techno. This copy is the 2003 US issue (LH-3) in a plain sleeve (generic cover).

FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the regular 2003 US first issue on Los Hermanos (LH-3). There was also a white-label promo version.

Why are the two sides graded differently?
We grade each side separately: side A is VG+ (light signs of use, overall in good shape), side B is NM- (almost like new). Generic Cover refers to the plain sleeve, for which no separate grade is given. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Who is behind Los Hermanos?
Los Hermanos is the project of Gerald Mitchell from the Underground Resistance circle. He produced "Tres" together with DJ Rolando, who became known in 1999 for "Knights Of The Jaguar" on UR; Mitchell later continued Los Hermanos with changing collaborators.

Where can I find more Detroit techno?
More records are in our Techno and House collections.
