Mastodon - The Hunter (Vinyl LP | EU Original | 2011)

Mastodon – The Hunter is the fifth studio album by the Atlanta band, released in September 2011 on Reprise Records. It was recorded at Sound City Studios in Van Nuys and Doppler Studios in Atlanta and produced by Mike Elizondo, the band's first album with him. The title honours guitarist Brent Hinds' brother, who died while hunting during the making of the album. The songs are shorter and more direct than on its predecessor "Crack The Skye"; the album reached number 10 in the US charts. This copy is the 2011 European original pressing (RRCAR 7675-1) with inner sleeve.
