FAQ

What role does the choir play?
On four of the five pieces Tyner uses a choir of seven singers, arranged as an extra tone colour alongside the horn section. There are no strings on the album.

Is this the original pressing?
It is the French first edition from 1977, the year of release, with catalogue number M-9113.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
Record: NM- (Near Mint minus) means close to new, with at most minimal signs of use. Sleeve: VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light signs of use that hardly affect playback or appearance. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more McCoy Tyner records?
Yes, for example McCoy Tyner – The Greeting, McCoy Tyner – Passion Dance and McCoy Tyner – Atlantis. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
