Ministry – ΚΕΦΑΛΗΞΘ (Psalm 69) is the fifth studio album by Chicago industrial metal band Ministry, released on July 14, 1992 on Sire / Warner Bros. (cat. no. 7599-26727-1 / WX 481). Its full title is Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and the Way to Suck Eggs. It was recorded between March 1991 and May 1992 at Chicago Trax Studios and Royal Recorders in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and produced by Al Jourgensen and Paul Barker under their aliases Hypo Luxa and Hermes Pan. The album reached No. 27 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 33 in the UK, and "N.W.O." was nominated for a 1993 Grammy (Best Metal Performance). This copy is the 1992 UK/EU original pressing with printed inner sleeve – a misprint copy: the Side 1 label comes from the Body Count LP.
