Passport – Passport (Vinyl LP | DE Reissue | 1973)

Passport – Passport is the self-titled debut by the jazz-rock band led by saxophonist Klaus Doldinger. Jazz, rock and funk merge into a lively, elegant fusion sound that helped shape European jazz-rock of the early seventies. Incidentally, Udo Lindenberg is on drums and Lothar Meid on bass – try “Uranus” and the long “Continuation”.

On offer is the 1973 German reissue on Atlantic (ATL 40 299) in a gatefold sleeve.
