FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original was released in 1992. This copy is a 2024 EU reissue on Real World Records, half-speed mastered and spread over two LPs.

What does half-speed mastered mean?
When the lacquer is cut, the source and the cutting lathe run at half speed. This gives the cutting stylus more time to shape the groove, which particularly benefits high frequencies.

Is the record new?
Yes. The record is new and factory sealed, so it has not been opened or played.

Do you have more Peter Gabriel records?
Yes, for example Peter Gabriel – Passion (Half-speed), Peter Gabriel – Plays Live or Peter Gabriel – Shaking The Tree. More titles are in our Rock collection.
