Peter Schilling – Fehler Im System (Vinyl LP)

Peter Schilling – Fehler Im System is the debut album by the Stuttgart singer, released in 1982 on WEA – right at the height of the Neue Deutsche Welle. Recorded in summer 1982 at PEER Studio in Hamburg, it mixes synth-pop with NDW charm. The big hit is of course “Major Tom (Völlig Losgelöst)”, found here alongside the title track and “Die Wüste Lebt”.

On offer is the original German pressing from 1982 on WEA (24. 0026-1), with printed original inner sleeve (OIS).
