Ry Cooder – Paris, Texas (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (Vinyl LP)

Ry Cooder – Paris, Texas (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the music for Wim Wenders' 1984 film. Cooder's sparse, reverb-drenched slide guitar shapes the film's vast, melancholic atmosphere – inspired by Blind Willie Johnson's Dark Was The Night, which is also included here. One of the best-known film soundtracks of the eighties.

On offer is the 1985 European original pressing on Warner Bros. Records (925 270-1) with the original inner sleeve.
