Description
Steps – Paradox: Live At Seventh Avenue South is a live album by the New York band Steps, who later became Steps Ahead. It was recorded in September 1981 at the Seventh Avenue South jazz club in New York, in which the Brecker brothers had a stake; it was captured by the Le Mobile remote truck with engineer Neil Dorfsman and mixed at Power Station Studios. The record was released in January 1982 in Japan on Better Days, a Nippon Columbia label (cat. no. YF-7044-N). On drums is Peter Erskine, who had replaced Steve Gadd in the band. This copy is the 1982 Japanese original pressing with insert.
