Description
The Beach Boys – Pet Sounds was released on Capitol in May 1966 and is widely seen as Brian Wilson’s masterpiece: richly arranged pop songs with session musicians, unusual instruments and layered vocal harmonies. With “Wouldn’t It Be Nice”, “Sloop John B” and “God Only Knows” it contains some of the band’s best-known songs. This is an early German pressing from 1966 on Capitol (STK 74 147).
