Description
The Wolfgang Dauner Group – Rischkas Soul contains recordings by Stuttgart pianist and organist Wolfgang Dauner from November 1969, first released in 1970 on CTR-Produktion (15081). In 1972 the Brain label reissued the music as Brain 1016 – in the series “Eine Empfehlung von Sounds”. It is jazz-rock with organ, flute, psychedelic guitar outbursts and two drummers, opening with Nat Adderley's “Jive Samba”; the line-up later formed the core of Dauner's Et Cetera. On offer is the 1972 German Brain edition in a laminated gatefold sleeve.
