FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
The album was first released in 1984 in the US on Columbia. This record is the European CBS edition from the same year, made in Holland and often listed as a reissue. So it is not a later reissue but a contemporary pressing.

What kind of music is on this record?
Not a hard bop session but ballads and standards with a jazz quintet, woodwinds and strings. Alongside the well-known songs, the title track is a Wynton Marsalis composition.

What does Media VG+ / Cover VG+ mean?
VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the record and sleeve show light signs of use and the record plays through cleanly. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Wynton Marsalis records?
Yes, for example Wynton Marsalis – Think Of One. From his brother we have Branford Marsalis – Scenes In The City, among others. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
