Yes. This is the 1983 German original with catalogue number 6.25 644, pressed by Teldec. The compilation also appeared in other German editions in 1983, such as a club edition (40 382 4) and on Sonocord (28 550-2).

What does Media VG+ / Cover VG+ (still in shrink) mean?
