Keith Jarrett – Changes is an album by pianist Keith Jarrett with Gary Peacock on bass and Jack DeJohnette on drums, released in 1984 on ECM (cat. no. ECM 1276). It was recorded in January 1983 at the Power Station in New York, at the same sessions as the trio’s two “Standards” albums; Manfred Eicher produced and Jan Erik Kongshaug engineered. Unlike those records, the trio plays no standards here but freely improvised music: the two-part suite “Flying” and the piece “Prism”. This copy is the German original pressing.
