FAQ
Is this the original pressing?
Yes, it is the 1977 German first edition on ECM with catalogue number ECM 1085. On this edition the labels read "Survivor's Suite" with a misplaced apostrophe.
What is the "American Quartet"?
That is the name for Jarrett's band with Dewey Redman, Charlie Haden and Paul Motian, as opposed to his European quartet with Jan Garbarek. "The Survivors' Suite" is one of their last studio recordings.
What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) for the record means close to new with at most minimal signs of use. VG+ (Very Good Plus) for the sleeve means light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.
Do you have more Keith Jarrett records?
Yes, for example Keith Jarrett – Fort Yawuh, Keith Jarrett – Birth, Keith Jarrett – Solo Concerts: Bremen / Lausanne. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
