FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original was released in 1982 on black vinyl. This record is the 2018 European picture disc. An early pressing is available as Michael Jackson – Thriller (US original 1982).

What is a picture disc?
On a picture disc an image, here the cover, is pressed between clear layers of vinyl. These records are mainly collector's items and often have a little more surface noise than black vinyl.

Who else is on the album?
Besides Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney sings the duet "The Girl Is Mine", Eddie Van Halen plays the guitar solo on "Beat It", and Vincent Price delivers the monologue on "Thriller".

Do you have more Michael Jackson records?
Yes, for example Michael Jackson – Bad, Michael Jackson – Dangerous and Michael Jackson – Number Ones. More titles are in our Soul & Funk collection.
