Nat King Cole - Fascination / Stardust (7" Vinyl Single)

Nat King Cole – Fascination / Stardust is a German Capitol single pairing two ballads. “Fascination” is based on a 1904 waltz by Fermo Dante Marchetti (English lyrics by Dick Manning) and became popular again in 1957 through Billy Wilder’s film Love in the Afternoon; Cole sings it with orchestra and chorus conducted by Nelson Riddle. Hoagy Carmichael’s “Stardust” comes from the album Love Is the Thing (1957), arranged and conducted by Gordon Jenkins.
