Nina Simone – Nina's Back is a studio album by Nina Simone, released on VPI in 1985. It was her first studio recording after several years during which she lived in Barbados and Liberia, among other places. It was produced by Eddie Singleton; Simone sings, plays piano and co-arranged, backed by a band with horns and synthesizer. Two songs, "I Sing Just To Know I'm Alive" and "Fodder On Her Wings", had already appeared on her album "Fodder On My Wings" (1982). This copy is a 1988 German pressing on Bellaphon (cat. no. 260-07-110).
