FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the 1981 German first edition on ECM, catalogue number ECM 1201/02, in a gatefold sleeve.

Why is Keith Jarrett playing organ?
Jarrett had already recorded "Hymns / Spheres" on the historic organ at Ottobeuren in 1976. For "Invocations" he returned there and added soprano saxophone on two parts.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) for the record means close to new with at most minimal signs of use. VG+ (Very Good Plus) for the sleeve means light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Keith Jarrett records?
Yes, for example Keith Jarrett – Hymns / Spheres, Keith Jarrett – The Survivors' Suite, Keith Jarrett – Solo Concerts: Bremen / Lausanne. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
