Description
Metallica – Ride The Lightning is Metallica's second studio album, released on July 27, 1984, first on Megaforce in the US and Music for Nations in Europe. It was recorded from February 20 to March 14, 1984 at Sweet Silence Studios in Copenhagen and produced by Metallica with Flemming Rasmussen. With the ballad Fade To Black, the long instrumental The Call Of Ktulu and songs like For Whom The Bell Tolls and Creeping Death, the band's thrash metal became far more varied than on the debut. This copy is a 1989 European reissue on Vertigo with original inner sleeve.
